It offers you web news and updates while your PC is installing a program.

It occured to the creators of Popuload 1.0.1 that, while a user is getting bored installing or uninstalling a program, they could offer them something interesting during this interval.

This is basically the aim of Popuload 1.0.1. And how does it do it? Simple: the program installs in the taskbar, where it appears and disappears, and from where it offers you webpage news and novelties, and any other typical RSS option.

It runs when it detects the Windows progress bar has appeared on-screen. From then on you can configure the program so it shows you the information you are most interested in.
